1. Consultation with the client company

Our CEO will either visit (it may be online meeting) or call the client company for a detailed discussion on the search criteria and current efforts to fill all vacancies. 

2. Screening and preparation of a recruiting brief

Based on the information from the CEO, our manager will prepare recruiting brief to be screened by Director of Recruiting (DOR). The recruitment brief will indicate the exact number of candidates that WinWork undertakes to send for an interview with the client.

3. Feedback to the client company

In a three days CEO will give a Feedback to the client company. This document will contain information regarding the labor market, to what extent the conditions of the vacancy specified in the brief correspond to the requirements of the labor market. We will also indicate the number of employees we undertake to send to the client for an interview. This number will be higher than the number of employees that the employer plans to employ, we calculate all conversions because we have successful experience in such selection.

4. Contract signing. Making a payment by the client

If the parties have reached an agreement on all essential conditions, a contract is signed. WinWork issues an invoice for prepayment (100%), the client pays it, then the process of search starts.

5. Launch an advertising campaign. Conducting telephone interviews

We are setting up an advertising campaign for the portrait of the future candidate. At the same time, we: advertise vacancies on all job search sites, buy access to closed resume databases, make mailings in our own database of candidates, advertise on all social networks and messengers.
In this way, we create the maximum flow of candidates with whom we conduct telephone interviews and select the best candidates. Eight of our recruiters are working on this project at the same time. Therefore, only the best candidates come for an interview with the employer.
