Permanent Recruitment Services

1. Consultation with the client company

Our CEO will either visit (it may be online meeting) or call the client company for a detailed discussion on the search criteria and current efforts to fill the role. All terms and Conditions will be confirmed at this point if not already in place

2. Screening and preparation of a recruiting brief

Based on the information from the CEO, our manager will prepare recruiting brief to be screened by Director of Recruiting (DOR) using our abundant database, online resources and WinWork’s wide reaching networks. DOR consider not only technical requirements but motivation and cultural fit.

3. Feedback to the client company

In a three days CEO will give a Feedback to the client company. This document will contain information regarding the labor market, to what extent the conditions of the vacancy specified in the brief correspond to the requirements of the labor market. Also, there will be indicated information whether WinWork will be able to provide the client with permanent recruiting services, the cost of these services and the terms of provision. 

4. Contract signing. Making an advance payment by the client

If the parties have reached an agreement on all essential conditions, a contract is signed. WinWork issues an invoice for prepayment (50%), the client pays it, then the process of personnel search starts.

5. Candidate interview by consultant

The consultant will meet with the candidates listed to discuss the role directly with them considering experience, skill set, language proficiency, interest in the position available, and their “fit” with the client company. Only candidates who meet the criteria and express an interest in your company will be submitted.

6. Arrangement of candidate interviews

The consultant will recommend screened candidates to the client company and serve as a direct liaison in arranging for candidate interviews by the company.

7. Feedback on interviews, verification of information about the candidate

Throughout the interview process, the consultant will provide feedback to both the client company and the candidates. When the employer nominates the final candidate, our specialist will check the feedback from the last three places of work of the final candidate, check for accuracy all the information provided by the candidate.

8. Guarantee

Should the successful candidate leave the company for any reasons within 6 months period after hiring, a replacement will be provided as per our signed Contract.

9. Aftercare services

WinWork consultants are professional advisors who provide the best recruitment solutions to client companies. Their work does not end with the introduction of talent to client companies but continues into providing aftercare services. Following each placement, our consultants maintain regular contact with both client and candidate to ensure that the two are able to maintain a good relationship that allows for a satisfying and successful work experience over a long period.

10. Final payment

When a candidate works for a client for one calendar month, the client is satisfied with the work of the candidate and plans to continue cooperation with the candidate, WinWork issues an invoice for the second part of the payment (50%).
